Job Requirements
- Prior bartender experience required
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must comply with liquor regulations
- Available to work part-time including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Ability to handle cash and secure inventory
- Willingness to complete any required background screenings
Job Qualifications
- Prior bartender experience
- Knowledge of state, federal, and corporate liquor laws
- Ability to prepare drinks following standard recipes
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Good organizational and cleanliness practices
- Ability to detect guest inebriation and handle situations appropriately
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a friendly and timely manner
- Adhere to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations
- Set up assigned bars and maintain stock of beer, wine, spirits, and supplies
- Prepare and store fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes and juices
- Greet guests courteously and take or process drink orders using standard recipes
- Check guest identification and detect guest inebriation
- Handle cash transactions accurately and secure beverage and cash inventories
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and bar displays
- Wash and sterilize stemware
- Perform other duties as assigned
