Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of liquor laws and responsible alcohol service
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Willingness to learn and train if necessary
Job Duties
- Adheres to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations
- Sets up assigned bars and stocks all necessary supplies
- Maintains stock and prepares fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes
- Greets guests in a courteous and friendly manner
- Takes and processes drink orders, mixing and garnishing drinks
- Checks guests for proper identification
- Detects and acts upon guest inebriation
- Handles cash transactions accurately and secures cash and deposits
- Performs cleaning tasks to maintain health and safety standards
- Arranges bottles and glasses for attractive bar displays
- Washes and sterilizes stemware
- Performs other duties as assigned
