Accuracy and honesty in cash handling and point-of-sale procedures are paramount, as well as meticulous upkeep of the bar area throughout the shift.

Sonesta values candidates who possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to exceptional guest service. The ideal Bartender is attentive, friendly, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality. They work well independently and as part of a team, maintain high performance with minimal supervision, and observe uniform and grooming standards. Holding valid food handler and TIPS certifications and previous front-facing guest service experience are required.

In addition to competitive pay, ranging from $26.70 to $27.70 per hour as per contract terms, Sonesta offers an attractive benefits package that includes medical and dental insurance, paid time off for vacation and sick days, paid holidays, pension plans, legal services, and maternity and parental leave.
