Job Requirements

  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a professional manner
  • Basic understanding of Food & Beverage menus and allergen information
  • Prior experience in bartending or related customer service roles preferred
  • Ability to perform opening, running, and closing bar duties
  • Capacity to confidently check identification for alcohol service compliance
  • Ability to accommodate special requests
  • Willingness to participate in daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and beautification tasks

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous bartender experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage industry a plus
  • Previous experience with Toast POS system preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and team focus

Job Duties

  • Engages with guests, team members, and the management team in a courteous and professional manner
  • Ensures any individual ordering alcohol who appears under the age of 50 is properly ID'd
  • Develops comprehensive knowledge of the Food & Beverage menus including allergen and dietary concerns
  • Completes bartending opening, running, and closing duties per shift
  • Performs daily, weekly, and monthly beautification tasks for the bar area
  • Prepares all beverage orders timely and with accurate measurements
  • Rings in food and beverage items on handheld or station POS promptly
  • Accommodates special guest requests when applicable
