Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Bartending training and certification required
- Minimum 6 months bartending experience
- Ability to lift 20 to 40 lbs and push carts or portable bars weighing 50 to 100 lbs
- Ability to stand continuously throughout shifts
- Ability to bend and kneel
- Ability to maneuver in narrow spaces and between seated guests
- Ability to multitask and follow instructions in English
- Ability to accurately count cash
- Must maintain compliance with state liquor laws
Job Qualifications
- Bartending training and certification, TIPS certified
- Minimum 6 months bartending experience
- Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and follow verbal and written instructions
- Knowledge of cash handling and ability to operate cash register
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Customer service skills with tact and patience
Job Duties
- Make and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls
- Perform all guest contact activities in a cordial, efficient and professional manner
- Ring guest checks, collect cash and process credits and room charges in the exact manner outlined by company policies and procedures
- Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists
- Know and comply with state liquor laws
- Ensure established pars are maintained
- Perform all sidework duties according to sidework schedules
