- Experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchises or related fields preferred

- Punctuality in clocking in/out and adherence to break times
- Provide sufficient notice when calling out for scheduled shifts
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, service, or consumer-facing roles preferred
- Knowledge of drink preparation and previous bartender experience preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines

- Flexible schedule availability including days, nights, holidays, and weekends
- Punctuality in clocking in and out
- Ability to provide notice when calling out
- Effective communication skills in English
Job Duties
- Greet guests happily and provide clear descriptions of food and beverage options
- Maintain proper and adequate bar setup and organization
- Stock beer, wine, spirits, and related bar supplies
- Mix, garnish, and present drinks according to standard recipes and portion controls
- Attend monthly departmental meetings
- Use POS systems to input orders and secure payments
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy and ensure proper balancing
- Lock up and store beverages, food, and equipment securely
- Sanitize and clean the bar area thoroughly
- Complete daily inventory and other side work as required
- Promote and document food and beverage orders
- Ensure compliance with food safety policies
- Maintain cleanliness of restaurant and surrounding areas
- Demonstrate knowledge of hotel hours and amenities
- Collaborate effectively with service and kitchen teams
