Job Requirements

  • Experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchises or related fields preferred
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow instructions, assigned tasks, and meet deadlines

  • Flexible schedule including days, nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Punctuality in clocking in/out and adherence to break times
  • Provide sufficient notice when calling out for scheduled shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality, service, or consumer-facing roles preferred
  • Knowledge of drink preparation and previous bartender experience preferred
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines

  • Flexible schedule availability including days, nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Punctuality in clocking in and out
  • Ability to provide notice when calling out
  • Effective communication skills in English

Job Duties

  • Greet guests happily and provide clear descriptions of food and beverage options
  • Maintain proper and adequate bar setup and organization
  • Stock beer, wine, spirits, and related bar supplies
  • Mix, garnish, and present drinks according to standard recipes and portion controls
  • Attend monthly departmental meetings
  • Use POS systems to input orders and secure payments
  • Handle cash transactions with accuracy and ensure proper balancing
  • Lock up and store beverages, food, and equipment securely
  • Sanitize and clean the bar area thoroughly
  • Complete daily inventory and other side work as required
  • Promote and document food and beverage orders
  • Ensure compliance with food safety policies
  • Maintain cleanliness of restaurant and surrounding areas
  • Demonstrate knowledge of hotel hours and amenities
  • Collaborate effectively with service and kitchen teams
