Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous bartending or food service experience is an advantage but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive and professional attitude
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Job Duties
- Take, confirm, and input all food and drink orders into POS
- Prepare all alcoholic drinks and associated garnishes for the restaurant
- Run beverages and ginger settings to tables promptly
- Regularly pre-buss tables and anticipate guests' needs
- Clean, organize, and maintain bar and bar-related inventory
- Pack leftovers and prepare takeout orders for dine-in guests
- Collect and process payments accurately and securely
- Assist adjacent servers
- Conduct bar deep cleaning including drains and beer wells
- Complete server side work and runner side work
- Attend monthly staff and bartender/server meetings
