Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous bartending or food service experience is an advantage but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

Job Duties

  • Take, confirm, and input all food and drink orders into POS
  • Prepare all alcoholic drinks and associated garnishes for the restaurant
  • Run beverages and ginger settings to tables promptly
  • Regularly pre-buss tables and anticipate guests' needs
  • Clean, organize, and maintain bar and bar-related inventory
  • Pack leftovers and prepare takeout orders for dine-in guests
  • Collect and process payments accurately and securely
  • Assist adjacent servers
  • Conduct bar deep cleaning including drains and beer wells
  • Complete server side work and runner side work
  • Attend monthly staff and bartender/server meetings
