- Must be 18 years of age or older
- high school diploma or equivalent
- three or more years of related experience preferred
- must be available to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays
- knowledge of beverage order processing systems
- ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing

Job Duties
- Greets guests immediately
- takes drink and/or food orders from customers or beverage servers
- inspects guest identification to ensure guest meets legal age limit for alcohol possession/consumption
- monitors guest alcohol consumption and acts according to established alcohol awareness program guidelines
- collects payment and follows cash handling procedures
- orders or requisitions liquors and supplies
- washes glasses
- maintains clean and sanitary bar area
- resolves guest complaints
- performs all other duties as assigned
