Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior bartending experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong knowledge of beverages and mixology
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to follow hotel standards and safety protocols
- Capability to handle cash and maintain bank accuracy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or beverage service experience preferred
- Knowledge of menu items and drink preparation techniques
- Ability to operate P.O.S. system accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Familiarity with hotel services and local attractions
Job Duties
- Take orders and prepare alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and light meals
- Maintain stock, supplies and cleanliness of outlet and equipment
- Greet guests and take orders using suggestive upselling techniques
- Ensure accurate entry of drink orders into P.O.S. system
- Serve drinks to guests according to outlet recipes
- Open and serve wine and champagne bottles
- Maintain positive guest relations and handle complaints following procedures
