Sonesta International Hotels is currently seeking a skilled and customer-focused Bartender to join their dynamic team. This role involves taking orders, preparing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and light meals to guests while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. The Bartender will be expected to demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the menu, including liquor brands, wines, champagnes, and non-alcoholic selections, alongside an understanding of beverage prices. Serving with passion and attention to detail, the Bartender enhances the guest experience through suggestive selling techniques and maintaining positive guest relations.

The position requires proficiency in beverage preparation methods, garnishes, and proper use and maintenance of bar equipment. The Bartender will also manage the cleanliness and stock levels of bar supplies, ensuring that the bar and guest areas meet the company’s high standards of presentation and hygiene. Responsibilities include accurate cash handling and security of monetary banks, as well as familiarity with the hotel’s services and local attractions to assist guests effectively. This is a full-time role offering competitive hourly wages ranging from $20.70 to $23.00 based on experience and expertise.
