We are currently seeking an experienced, driven, and hospitality-focused Bartender to join the Williams & Graham team at Denver International Airport. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a highly regarded cocktail bar known for inventive mixology and warm, memorable guest service. The position is full-time with a competitive pay rate of $16.27 per hour, plus amazing tips. As a Bartender with Mission Yogurt at Williams & Graham, you will be responsible for preparing and serving quality beverages while ensuring all safety and alcohol service guidelines are followed meticulously. This role is not just about mixing drinks but also about creating an outstanding guest experience that reflects the values of Mission Yogurt.

As a Bartender, you will work in a fast-paced environment that demands attention to detail, cleanliness, and a professional approach to hospitality. You will handle guest orders, maintain a clean and organized bar area, and support your team to achieve operational excellence with every shift. This role requires the ability to manage multiple tasks, including preparing alcoholic beverages with precision, stocking supplies, and delivering exceptional service that maximizes customer satisfaction. In addition to hands-on bartending skills, candidates must demonstrate professionalism, ethical judgment, and a proactive approach to maintaining safety and security standards, including passing a 10-year background check as required by TSA guidelines.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand up to 12 hours
  • Ability to climb, kneel, squat, push, and pull
  • Frequently lift and/or move up to 20 lbs
  • Occasionally carry up to 50 lbs
  • Must pass a 10-year background check per TSA guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of bartending experience
  • Delivers superior food and beverage service and maximizes customer satisfaction
  • Adheres to Mission Yogurt's safety, sanitation, and cleanliness policies and practices
  • Ensures all operating and quality standards are met
  • Upholds a professional and ethical management style and presentation
  • Assesses work-related issues in a professional manner and exercises honest, non-biased judgment
  • Ensures safety and security of both guests and team members

Job Duties

  • Making alcoholic beverages by using the tools and equipment given to ensure portioning and quality are under control, as well as ensuring taste quality is up to company and customer standards
  • Taking guests' drink orders at the dining room and/or bar counter and placing them in the POS system
  • Delivering food and drink orders to customers
  • Keeping the bar counter or assigned working area clean and organized
  • Stock all products needed during the shift and at the end of it to ensure the next shift is set for success
  • Offer the best service to guests and ensure guest satisfaction with great quality products and services
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
  • Must be able to pass a 10-year background check per TSA guidelines
