The position of Guest Service Support Expert at JW Marriott Scottsdale Camelback Inn Resort & Spa offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and committed to enhancing guest experiences. This full-time, non-management role is tip-eligible and focuses on supporting food and beverage operations to ensure smooth and memorable dining experiences. Unlike traditional roles solely focused on service, the Guest Service Support Expert is instrumental in creating a welcoming ambiance that complements food and beverages, turning simple transactions into lasting impressions.

In this role, you will take initiative by performing a variety of tasks, such as setting tables to perfection, assisting kitchen staff when necessary, maintaining clean and organized work areas, and replenishing supplies promptly. The position requires being on your feet for extended periods, sometimes moving over uneven or slippery surfaces, highlighting the need for physical stamina and attentiveness. You will handle tasks that involve reading and verifying menu information visually, ensuring that accuracy and attention to detail are upheld at all times.

Additionally, this role demands a hands-on approach involving lifting and moving objects weighing up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
