Founded in 2015, OVG has quickly established a strong presence across four continents, managing a portfolio that includes seven world-class owned venues and a client roster featuring some of the most iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions. The company's commitment to excellence and innovation within the live entertainment industry makes it a sought-after employer for individuals passionate about creating memorable experiences while advancing their careers in a dynamic environment.
This role is for a Bartender, a seasonal position starting from May 6, 2026, and concluding on September 6, 2026. The position is hourly, with a base pay rate of $2.13 per hour and eligibility for tips, reflecting the industry norms and local labor regulations. Oak View Group is dedicated to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and professional atmosphere, where employees are encouraged to uphold the company standards of excellence, guest service, and teamwork.
The Bartender is essential to the guest experience, responsible for the service of all beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. This role requires a personable and professional demeanor, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing event environment. The ideal candidate must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work scheduled events as business needs dictate. Bartenders at OVG are expected to demonstrate deep knowledge of beverage varieties including beer, wine, and spirits, and to deliver exceptional service by following company procedures and legal requirements related to the serving and sale of alcohol.
The bartender is a key team member tasked with not only mixing and serving drinks but also managing the bar area, ensuring cleanliness and organization, handling cash with accuracy, and upselling products to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue. Compliance with state and federal laws, including age verification and managing intoxicated guests safely and professionally, underscores the company's commitment to a safe and responsible service environment.
This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-profile events and venues, gaining experience in one of the world’s leading live entertainment companies.
