Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Prior bartending experience in a hotel or similar setting
- Availability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, and cocktail preparation
- Familiarity with state and local alcohol service regulations

- True desire to satisfy guest needs in a fast-paced setting
- Team player with refined verbal communication skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 21 years or older to serve alcohol
- Knowledgeable about spirits, cocktails, beer, and wine
- TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol Certification is a plus
- Proficient in retail math and basic ingredient measurements
- Ability to safely handle food and follow food safety procedures
Job Duties
- Provide libations and offer customized beverage recommendations
- Maintain an attractive and clean bar area adhering to sanitation standards
- Comply with state and local serving guidelines
- Engage with guests to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
- Handle cash transactions accurately using retail math skills
- Stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight
- Support the Bistro Lounge and Rooftop Pool Bar operations with flexible scheduling
