The open position is for a Bartender, a dynamic and personable individual to join Hyatt’s team. The Bartender role is highly visible and offers numerous opportunities to interact casually with guests, directly influencing the overall guest experience. Bartenders working at Hyatt are expected to have prior experience in high-volume bar environments, possess refined verbal communication skills, and demonstrate a genuine desire to satisfy guests. Familiarity with contemporary mixology trends, bar equipment, and sanitation protocols is essential, alongside a solid understanding of state and local serving guidelines. The role demands physical stamina to stand for long periods and the capability to lift moderate weights. Flexibility in scheduling is required, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, supporting operations at both the Bistro Lounge and the Rooftop Pool Bar.

This is a full-time seasonal role offering competitive pay, with hourly rates of $14.35 at the Bistro and $14.75 at the Pool Bar. Additional compensation includes overtime, shift differentials, premium pay, tips, commissions, service charges, or incentive awards, making this a financially rewarding opportunity.
