Job Requirements

Minimum six months bartending experience
Ability to handle cash accurately
Knowledge of state and federal alcohol regulations
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Excellent attendance and reliability

Job Qualifications

Six months or more experience bartending
Accurate cash handling skills
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and long hours

Job Duties

Demonstrate ability to meet company standard for guest service and interaction with co-workers
Follow bar pre-shift notes and bar menus and provide service as described
Serve alcoholic beverages following proper procedures and state/federal regulations
Learn and suggestively upsell various beer, wine, and spirits products
Pour drinks responsibly in accordance with company serving size standards
Check guests' IDs to verify minimum age requirements
Communicate cut-offs to guests as required
Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security if needed
Contact management if unable to resolve issues beyond standard decision-making
Request additional or restock products as needed
Handle cash accurately and manage bar bank
Maintain clean and sanitary work station and ensure bar equipment is well maintained
Perform other duties such as bar setup and breakdown and assist with cooler organization
