Job Duties

demonstrate ability to meet company standards for guest service interaction with co-workers and uniform standards
follow bar pre-shift notes and bar menus to provide service
serve alcoholic beverages following state and federal regulations
learn and have knowledge of various beer wine varieties and spirits and suggestively upsell products to guests
pour drinks responsibly in accordance with company standards for serving size
check guest's ID to verify minimum age for alcohol purchase
communicate a cut-off to a guest as required
listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
de-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security if needed
contact management if unable to resolve or make a decision beyond standard decision-making
request additional product or restock product as required
handle cash accurately and manage assigned bank
maintain clean and sanitary work station and ensure bar equipment is clean and maintained
perform other duties such as set-up and breakdown of bar equipment and assisting with cooler organization
