Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- six months or more experience in bartending or similar role
- knowledge of state and federal alcohol regulations
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- ability to maintain professionalism under pressure

- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and long hours
- bartending school preferred
Job Duties
- Demonstrate ability to meet company standards for guest service, interaction with co-workers and uniform standards
- follow bar pre-shift notes and bar menus and provide service as described
- serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures including state and federal regulations
- learn or have knowledge of various beer, wine varieties and spirits and suggestively upsell products to guests
- pour drinks responsibly in accordance with company standards for serving size
- check guest's ID to verify minimum age requirement for alcohol purchase
- communicate a cut-off to guests as required
- listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
- de-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security if necessary
- request additional product or restock as required
- handle cash accurately and maintain responsibility for issued bank
- maintain clean and sanitary work station and ensure bar equipment is clean and well maintained
- perform other duties such as set-up and breakdown of bar equipment and organizing the cooler
