Job Requirements

Minimum six months bartending experience
Ability to handle cash accurately
Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
Excellent communication skills
Availability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be personable and professional

Job Qualifications

Six months or more experience bartending
Accurate cash handling skills
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and long hours
Bartending school preferred

Job Duties

Meet company standards for guest service interaction with co-workers and uniform standards
Follow bar pre-shift notes and bar menus to provide service
Serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with state and federal regulations
Learn and suggest various beer wine and spirits options to upsell products
Pour drinks responsibly in accordance with company standards
Check guests' ID to verify minimum age requirements for alcohol purchase
Communicate cut-offs to guests as required
Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
De-escalate intoxicated guest situations
Contact management or security if guests become confrontational or belligerent
Request additional product or restock as needed
Handle cash accurately and manage issued bar bank
Maintain clean and sanitary workstation and bar equipment
Perform setup and breakdown of bar equipment and assist with cooler organization
