Job Requirements
- Be able to lift 50 lbs
- must be able to work variable shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- successful applicants must be able to pass a post-offer, pre-employment background check
Job Qualifications
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
- ability to work large or small events with minimal supervision and in a team environment
- high energy, a fun-loving personality
- TIPs certified
- 2+ years as a bartender in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment or equivalent relevant experience
Job Duties
- Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction and cultivate return business
- prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests within the standards of the Fox Theatre
- maintain daily inventories behind bars at the beginning and end of shift
- maintain cleanliness of work areas including bar, floor, shelves, taps, coolers, and storage areas
- attend all training classes on product knowledge and service standards
- upsell menu items and beverages to guests
- other duties as directed
