high school diploma or equivalent
previous bartending experience
current Food Handler's Permit
ability to think on feet and maintain composure under pressure
physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
availability to work nights, weekends and holidays

Job Duties

make and serve drinks to guests in a friendly, courteous and timely manner
check identification of guests to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
set up a portable bar in the function area
break down and clean bar thoroughly and return all supplies to their proper area
