Job Requirements
- Must have the ability to communicate in English

Job Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service of various alcoholic beverages
- Basic mathematical skills necessary to operate a cash register and handle monetary transactions
- Ability to communicate in English
- Ability to use a knife to make garnish and manual dexterity to scoop ice, mix drinks and retrieve stock
- Ability to remember and promote menu items
- Ability to operate a keyboard and point of sale system
- Ability to stand and work in confined spaces for extended periods
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Professional appearance and manner
- Self-starting personality with even disposition
- Team player willing to assist co-workers
Job Duties
- Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar on a daily basis including requisitioning and stocking of all supplies
- Responsible for maintaining stock, cutting, and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables daily
- Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner and promote and document orders for drinks
- Mix, garnish and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes and portion control
- Abide by all state, federal and corporate requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages and ensure proper liquor controls
- Input orders into a register at the point of sale and create checks for all guests to maintain accountability
- Receive cash, make change, verify charges and ensure vouchers are properly executed to balance all monies
- Lock up and store all beverage, food and other equipment items and secure cash deposits
- Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned
