As a Bartender at Concord Hospitality, specifically working at Cork & Crust, you will play a critical role in shaping these memorable experiences. Your expertise in crafting beverages with precision will complement the culinary artistry of the kitchen, creating a fully rounded sensory experience for guests. You will be responsible for setting up and breaking down the bar, carefully managing the storage of liquors, fruits, and juices to maintain organization and efficiency. Preparing cocktails will require adherence to set Beverage Standards, ensuring that each drink is made with proper measurements and quality ingredients.
Your role extends beyond just preparation to delivering exceptional guest service. You will accept and process drink orders with professionalism and speed, contributing to a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. Maintaining a clean and orderly bar environment is essential, encompassing tasks such as checking glassware cleanliness, replenishing ice, cleaning floors, and emptying trash. Inventory management of soda, juices, beer, and bar supplies will also fall under your purview to guarantee proper stock levels and rotation.
Working at Concord Hospitality means joining a company that deeply invests in its associates. Concord Hospitality promotes an "Associate First" culture that focuses on personal development, diversity, inclusion, and work-life balance. Full-time associates enjoy competitive wages, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, disability options, 401(k) plans with company match, tuition assistance, discounted room rates at Concord-managed hotels, and ample opportunities for advancement within the company.
This position demands flexibility as bartenders must be available to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry.
