Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent experience
- six months experience as a bartender
- valid Washington License (MAST) Mandatory Alcohol Server Training permit
- current WA State Health Food Handlers Card
- attention to detail, speed and accuracy
- excellent alcohol service knowledge
- ability to work with Point of Sale (POS) system
- ability to prioritize and organize
- knowledge of local, state and federal health and safety regulations

Job Duties
- Greet guests in prompt courteous manner and thank guest upon departure
- responsibly mix and serve drinks according to policy and procedure for servers and guests
- clear off and clean tables after each use and make sure they are set properly
- responsible for cleanliness and maintenance of all bar equipment
- maintain an orderly, accurate par level for bar service outlet
- promote positive guest relations
