Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years bartending experience
- TIPs certification or equivalent
- Ability to lift approximately 40 lbs
- Ability to stand and move for prolonged periods
- Willingness to travel up to 50% throughout the Atlanta metro area
- Must live near or relocate to Atlanta, GA
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Commitment to professional grooming and hygiene
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of bartending experience
- Must be a team player and a phenomenal communicator
- Must be experienced in preparing mixed drinks
- Must have exceptional customer service skills
- Must be TIPs certified or hold similar accredited certification
- Must be extremely hardworking and organized
- Must be exceedingly responsible and accountable
- Maintain good grooming and personal hygiene
- Knowledge of upscale/VIP service styles required
- Must live near or be willing to relocate to Atlanta, GA
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting approximately 40 lbs
- Renowned time management and organizational skills
- Strong customer service skills with the desire to exceed client needs
- Ability to work alone and as a team
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to learn and adapt quickly

- Must be willing to serve when bartending opportunities are unavailable
Job Duties
- Responsible for both pre and post bar set-up/break down responsibilities
- Sets bar up in a timely manner
- Communicates well with bar back during event to assist them with replenishment during shift
- Greets all guests and gives exceptional customer service
- Attentive to guests needs throughout the entire event
- Cleans bar after closing, discard excess ice
- Record closing inventory used to balance bar consumption vs sales
- Responsible for placing all items back in bar box as originally received
