- Previous bartending experience of at least two years
Job Qualifications
- Minimum two years bartending experience
- Knowledge of mixology techniques and bar equipment
- Familiarity with state and local alcohol serving regulations
- Experience in fast-paced, fine dining environments preferred
- Proficient with POS touch-systems
- Strong knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor service
- Excellent verbal communication skills
Job Duties
- Provide libations and offer customized drink recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and attractive presentation of the bar area
- Follow latest mixology trends and implement best bar equipment usage
- Adhere strictly to sanitation and local alcohol service standards
- Engage guests in casual conversation while showcasing creativity
- Use POS touch-systems efficiently for processing orders
- Ensure responsible service of alcohol and comply with all regulatory requirements
