As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests with a smile and providing exceptional service. Your duties will include setting up and stocking the bar with necessary beverages, glassware, and garnishes, suggestively selling drinks, appetizers, and desserts to enhance guest satisfaction, and preparing drinks according to company recipes and quality standards. Accuracy in taking and entering orders into the point of sale (POS) system is critical, as is checking in with guests throughout their visit to ensure their needs are met. In addition to delivering orders and settling checks efficiently, you will maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations to uphold the restaurant's high standards.

Physical requirements for this role include the ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift up to 30 pounds safely, and remain standing for shifts that may last between 8 to 12 hours. Being a successful Bartender at Red Lobster also requires attention to detail, strong multitasking skills, and the ability to work well as part of a team.
