Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education diploma (GED) or equivalent experience
- 0 to 1 year of relevant experience
- Preferably able to prepare a wide range of drink recipes correctly
- Must meet minimum legal age requirements to serve alcohol or work as a bartender according to local and state regulations

Job Duties
- Greet customers and mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with appropriate garnishes
- Ensure the assigned bar area is fully equipped with necessary tools and supplies to mix and serve drinks
- Prepare accurate start-of-shift inventories and place inventory or purchase orders as needed
- Interact with customers in a friendly, diplomatic, and attentive manner
- Perform significant walking or movement throughout the shift
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, potentially exceeding 8 hours per shift
- Reach, bend, stoop, push and pull, frequently lifting up to 35 pounds and occasionally lifting or moving 50 pounds
- Perform repetitive movements
- Attend scheduled shifts punctually and with regularity
- Perform additional duties as assigned depending on business needs and client requirements
