Job Requirements

Successful completion of relevant bartending training or certification if applicable
Ability to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical ability to stand and work for extended periods
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in the work location
Ability to handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems

Job Duties

Provide exceptional customer service
Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to patrons directly or through wait staff
Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks and maintain bar and cart areas in a neat and sanitary manner
Record all sales, collect money, operate cash, credit card, and electronic payment registers
Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
