The Bartender role at Tucanos Brazilian Grill is a cornerstone of delivering an exceptional guest experience. Bartenders serve as ambassadors of the restaurant's festive Rio de Janeiro-inspired ambiance and are responsible for mixing made-to-order handcrafted alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages using their friendly and upbeat personalities to engage guests. Beyond beverage preparation, bartenders assist guests in selecting complimentary food and drink options that enhance their overall dining experience. This position requires proficiency in using modern point-of-sale systems to accurately enter, process, and close guest orders. Effective communication with both front-of-house and back-of-house team members ensures that each guest receives top-quality service that exceeds expectations.

Minimum of one year experience

Job Duties

Bring the fun and festivity of Rio de Janeiro to guests through friendly and upbeat service
Create made-to-order handcrafted alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Assist and guide guests in making food and beverage selections
Use state-of-the-art point of sale systems to enter, process and close orders
Communicate with front and back-of-house team members to ensure a seamless dining experience
