- Friday and Saturday availability

- must be 21 years of age
- good knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service of most alcoholic beverages
- previous bartending experience
- basic mathematical skills for operating Point of Sale system and handling cash
- ability to lift up to 50lbs
- availability to work on Fridays and Saturdays
Job Duties
- Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner
- ice, mix, garnish and present drinks according to company standards
- input orders into the register at the Point of Sale system
- receive and process cash, coupons, and credit cards, ensure accurate change and record charges
- maintain proper and adequate bar setup daily
- follow closing procedures including locking up and securing bank and equipment
- load and unload glasses from bar dishwasher, polish glassware
- ensure maintenance of equipment by calling for repairs
- perform all assigned side work
- perform general cleaning tasks using hotel cleaning products
- carry out other tasks as assigned by Food and Beverage Management and Director of Food and Beverage
