Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalency
  • must be 21 years of age
  • previous bartending experience
  • knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service
  • basic mathematical skills
  • ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Friday and Saturday availability

  • must be 21 years of age
  • good knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service of most alcoholic beverages
  • previous bartending experience
  • basic mathematical skills for operating Point of Sale system and handling cash
  • ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • availability to work on Fridays and Saturdays

Job Duties

  • Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner
  • ice, mix, garnish and present drinks according to company standards
  • input orders into the register at the Point of Sale system
  • receive and process cash, coupons, and credit cards, ensure accurate change and record charges
  • maintain proper and adequate bar setup daily
  • follow closing procedures including locking up and securing bank and equipment
  • load and unload glasses from bar dishwasher, polish glassware
  • ensure maintenance of equipment by calling for repairs
  • perform all assigned side work
  • perform general cleaning tasks using hotel cleaning products
  • carry out other tasks as assigned by Food and Beverage Management and Director of Food and Beverage
