Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- must have basic math skills
- must be able to run cash register
- ability to provide our guests with excellent customer service
- excellent communication and observation skills
- must be able to move quickly up and down the bar
- must have excellent hand-to-eye coordination
- must possess above average memory
- must maintain compliance with all state and local laws regarding proper alcohol service
- ability to work with money and credit cards

Job Duties
- Greet guests in a friendly and cheerful manner while taking their drink order
- prepare drinks using proper recipe and glassware
- serve drinks in a fast, friendly and efficient manner
- keep the bar clean and organized
- direct beverage attendants
- correctly ring up drinks on the register and return correct change
- answer guest questions about the property and events
- monitor guest alcohol consumption levels and intoxication level
- ensure responsible serving only to guests 21 and older
- exemplify our core values, family style service, our mission and vision
- exemplify our DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) culture
- perform other job-related duties as assigned
