Job Requirements

  • Direct deposit and Social Security Card required upon appointment
  • meet qualification, eligibility, and background requirements

  • must be able to obtain Tier 1 background investigation
  • must be able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and various hours when required

Job Qualifications

  • Must meet state or local age requirements for serving alcohol at time of appointment
  • experience as a full service bartender
  • possess skills in mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • possess math skills to calculate patron bills and take inventory
  • experience bartending within the last 2 years
  • experience in resort, hotel, nightclub, or restaurant setting
  • knowledge of Micros POS systems

Job Duties

  • Operate a full-service bar mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • assist customers by discussing beverage options and mixing special drinks per customer direction
  • record sales and manage transactions including making change or preparing charge slips
  • stock bar and maintain bar inventory
  • keep bar, utensils, equipment, and work area clean and sanitary
  • keep records of beverages dispensed and submit restocking requirements
  • receive and check stock quantities and descriptions
  • provide work direction to other bar employees
  • use tact and courtesy to deny sales to intoxicated or unruly patrons
