The Main Post Infantry Bar is an integral part of the Fort Benning Family & Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) community, serving as a vibrant social hub for military personnel, families, and authorized patrons. Job Requirements

  • Meet state/local age requirements for the serving of alcoholic beverages at the time of appointment
  • Be able to lift and carry weights up to 20 pounds
  • Possess math skills necessary to calculate patron bills and take inventory
  • Skill in mixing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages

Job Qualifications

  • Resumes must be two pages or less
  • Relevant experience in mixing and serving beverages
  • Knowledge of alcohol service regulations
  • Skill in basic math for billing and inventory
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Physical capability to lift up to 20 pounds

Job Duties

  • Meet state/local age requirements for the serving of alcoholic beverages
  • Lift and carry weights up to 20 pounds
  • Calculate patron bills and take inventory using math skills
  • Mix and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages
  • Provide excellent customer service to patrons
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
