Although no formal educational requirements are mandated, candidates must meet local age regulations for alcohol service and demonstrate essential skills such as mixing drinks, customer service, and basic math abilities for transactions and inventory.

The bartender position at Dragon Lanes Bowling Center offers not only a fulfilling occupation supporting the military community but also access to comprehensive employee benefits. These include health and life insurance, retirement plan options like 401(k), paid personal time off, federal holidays, and access to on-base facilities such as fitness centers and libraries. There are ample opportunities for professional development through training, education, and certification programs to advance careers within the Army NAF system. Candidates interested in applying should be committed to upholding the ideals of the American republic and the rule of law, maintaining high standards of conduct and professionalism.
