Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
ServeSafe Food Handler's Certification or equivalent
One year of bartending experience
Ability to work in a high-energy, demanding environment
Excellent time management and attention to detail
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Ability to work unsupervised and exercise good judgment

Job Qualifications

Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 environment
Excellent customer service skills
Effective English communication skills
Strong self-motivation and organizational abilities
Positive interpersonal skills
Self-starter with the ability to multitask
Adaptability to changing priorities
Knowledge of federal, state, and local liquor laws
Physical ability to lift 25 lbs and perform job functions such as standing and walking
Proficiency in reading, writing, and mathematics in English

Job Duties

Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional manner
Prepare and serve a wide range of craft cocktails, beers, wines, and food
Greet and acknowledge guests, take drink and food orders, and provide menu information
Verify legal drinking age by checking identification
Accurately process transactions using point-of-sale systems
Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-stocked bar area
Follow alcohol awareness policies and handle intoxicated guests responsibly
