Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • ServeSafe Food Handler's Certification or equivalent
  • One year of bartending experience
  • Ability to work in a high-energy, demanding environment
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to work unsupervised and exercise good judgment

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional manner
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of craft cocktails, beers, wines, and food
  • Greet and acknowledge guests, take drink and food orders, and provide menu information
  • Verify legal drinking age by checking identification
  • Accurately process transactions using point-of-sale systems
  • Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-stocked bar area
  • Follow alcohol awareness policies and handle intoxicated guests responsibly
