Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- ServeSafe Food Handler's Certification or equivalent
- One year of bartending experience
- Ability to work in a high-energy, demanding environment
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to work unsupervised and exercise good judgment
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective English communication skills
- Strong self-motivation and organizational abilities
- Positive interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with the ability to multitask
- Adaptability to changing priorities
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local liquor laws
- Physical ability to lift 25 lbs and perform job functions such as standing and walking
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and mathematics in English
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional manner
- Prepare and serve a wide range of craft cocktails, beers, wines, and food
- Greet and acknowledge guests, take drink and food orders, and provide menu information
- Verify legal drinking age by checking identification
- Accurately process transactions using point-of-sale systems
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-stocked bar area
- Follow alcohol awareness policies and handle intoxicated guests responsibly
