Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- valid alcohol awareness card and health department card
- two or more years experience in a high-volume service environment
- ability to mix well-balanced cocktails and shots
- ability to operate POS systems
- meet social communication standards for marketing
- use personal social media accounts
- maintain professional and pleasant appearance
- be able to work in fast-paced and high-pressure environments
- able to stand or walk for at least eight-hour shifts
- able to lift up to 50 pounds
- flexible on shifts including weekends and holidays
- comply with all state and federal liquor laws
- adhere to company policies and procedures
- maintain sequence of service standards to achieve compliance
- communicate assertively and write legibly
- maintain composure and focus under pressure
Job Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- minimum of two years experience in a high volume, service-focused restaurant or nightclub
- previous bartending experience in a high-volume nightclub environment preferred
- valid alcohol awareness card and health department card
- self-motivated with strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktails
- fluent in English, multilingual skills a plus
- previous modeling experience preferred
- able to operate point of sale systems
- IPS and sanitation certification preferred
- basic mathematical skills
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Prepare, mix and pour beverages
- welcome and serve guests courteously and in a timely manner
- follow established cash handling procedures
- maintain cleanliness of workstations and equipment
- participate in in-house modeling programs and special events
- market the venue using personal social media accounts
- anticipate and respond to guest needs and inquiries
