Job Requirements

2 years similar experience
High school graduate
Formal bar or mixology training
Ability to engage with guests and provide personal recommendations
Physical ability to exert approx. 30 lbs several times per shift
Ability to work in a high-paced environment
Ability to operate P.O.S. system
Understanding of and adherence to alcohol service laws and company policies
Willingness to participate in alcohol awareness and safety training
Must wear approved slip-resistant shoes
Commitment to neat appearance and uniform standards
