Job Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Sufficient education and/or literacy to identify and read product labels and communicate with guests
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without reasonable accommodations

Job Qualifications

  • Combination of education and experience relevant to bartending
  • Completed bartender certification or similar credentials preferred
  • Experience in hotel or hospitality settings considered a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, and beverage trends
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory

Job Duties

  • Craft classic and creative beverages that delight guests
  • Engage with guests and provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage bar inventory and ensure stock levels
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Mix and serve drinks following safety and quality standards
  • Collaborate with Beverage Manager or Bar Supervisor to support bar operations
  • Assist with training new staff and promote a positive team environment
