Job Requirements
- eligible to work in the united states
- sufficient education and/or literacy to read product labels and communicate with guests
- ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without accommodations
- availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- warm, professional demeanor reflecting company culture
- willingness to comply with company policies
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience as a bartender or mixologist preferred
- knowledge of classic cocktails and beverage preparation
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- certification in bartending or mixology is a plus
Job Duties
- craft classic and creative beverages that delight guests
- engage with guests and provide exceptional customer service
- manage bar inventory and ensure proper stock levels
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- follow safety and sanitation standards
- report to Beverage Manager or Bar Supervisor
- assist in training new bar staff
