Job Requirements

Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
Must have certifications and licenses as required by local Health Department and Alcoholic Beverage Commission statutes
Must have physical abilities to carry out job functions
Must be able to handle cash transactions responsibly
Must be able to consolidate and coordinate guest needs at the bar and service well
Must be able to carry food and beverages
Must be physically able to dance
Must be able to work in a team environment

Job Qualifications

Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
Hold all required certifications and licenses mandated by local Health Department and Alcoholic Beverage Commission
Proven physical ability to perform the duties of the position
Responsible cash handling skills
Ability to coordinate service needs for all guests at the bar
Capability to carry food and beverages
Physically able to perform dance movements
Demonstrated teamwork abilities

Job Duties

Maintain a clean and organized bar at all times
Acknowledge guests immediately upon arrival
Provide an enjoyable and efficient bar experience for every guest
Ensure timely service and maintain food temperature standards
Be visibly present behind the bar to assist guests and support the service staff
Follow all recipes and specifications for perfect food and beverages
Apply positive suggestive sales techniques to guide guests
