Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years experience required
meets state minimum age to serve alcohol (18)
dependable and responsible
availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
basic math and computer skills
exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
team player is a must
strong task and time management abilities
eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques
ability to stand, walk, bend for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
maintain composure and control emotions in difficult situations

Job Qualifications

1-2 years experience as a bartender
knowledge of drink mixing tools and techniques
exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
ability to manage tasks and time effectively

Job Duties

Greet customers and learn about their preferences
answer questions and recommend menu items
prepare and serve beverages and food using proper equipment and ingredients
upsell items to enhance sales
create unique drink recipes
maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
handle basic cleaning duties and ensure compliance with hygiene standards
