Job Requirements

Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
3 years+ bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant
Knowledge of alcoholic beverage laws and regulations
Ability to communicate fluently in primary language
Basic math and point-of-sale system skills
Ability to work in fast-paced and loud environments
Standing for extended periods
Detail-oriented and organized
Physically able to lift 50 pounds
Availability for nights, holidays, and weekends

Job Qualifications

Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
3 years+ experience as a bartender in a high-volume restaurant
Knowledgeable of local and national alcoholic beverage laws, policies and regulations
Able to speak, read, write and understand primary workplace language
Possess basic math skills and operate a point-of-sale system
Able to work in a fast-paced, loud environment and stand for long periods
Attention to detail, well organized and team player
Able to safely lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds
Available to work nights, holidays, and/or weekends

Job Duties

Welcome guests, greet guests, thank guests, know regular guests by name, preferences and needs
Be knowledgeable on wine, beer, and liquor
Know and inform guests about promotional beverages and answer menu questions
Follow local and national alcoholic beverage laws, policies and regulations
Perform side work at the start and end of each shift
Maintain a clean and safe work area including glassware, coolers and bar fixtures
Watch for signs of intoxication to ensure guest safety
Follow proper hygiene and food safety measures
