- Previous bartender experience
- Basic English language communications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to stand, stoop, bend and lift up to 50 pounds repetitively during shifts
- Full availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Thorough knowledge of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, preparation methods, glassware, equipment and service
- Ability to stand, stoop, bend and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds repetitively during entire shift
- Take orders and serve guests at bar
- Provide upsell opportunities to guests to enhance the dining experience and increase overall check average
- Inventory all beverages and operating supplies, order replacement items as needed
- Other duties as assigned
