Job Requirements

At least two years of experience in bartending within a fine dining or high-volume setting
Solid knowledge of wine, beer, and liquor
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and professionalism
Experience with Micros point-of-sale preferred
High school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

At least two years of experience working in a high-volume and high-end restaurant environment
Excellent knowledge of fine wine and cocktails
Familiarity with Micros point-of-sale system is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment

Job Duties

Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, wine, and beer to guests
Maintain knowledge of the restaurant’s beverage offerings including fine wines and spirits
Create a welcoming and friendly environment for guests at the bar
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen staff to provide seamless service
Operate the Micros point-of-sale system efficiently
Handle guest inquiries and provide recommendations on beverage selections
