Job Requirements
- Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
- at least 1 year of closely related bartending experience
- knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits preparation and presentation
- ability to interact with public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner
- ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents
- ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
- cash handling and customer service experience preferred
- frequently immerses hands in water diluted with chemical solutions
- documentation of completion of Bartenders Local 165 Training program and craft exam passed

Job Duties
- Greet customers and take food order
- provide information about products and look for opportunity to up-sell products
- follow recipes and product directions for mixing beverages
- collect payments and operate cash registers following company cash handling policies
- secure all monies at the end of each shift
- follow alcohol awareness procedures and handle intoxicated guests appropriately
- ensure a clean, sanitized and well-stocked bar
- communicate ticket times and potential problems to manager and servers
- perform other responsibilities as assigned by management
