Job Duties
- Greet all guests within time specifications and with a friendly disposition
- attend to guests in a professional and courteous manner
- memorize food, drink, and rotating menus daily
- write food and drink orders accurately
- operate the point-of-sale system efficiently
- handle cash and credit card transactions according to policy
- prepare and serve beverages meeting time and quality standards
- observe state and federal alcohol service laws
- deliver food and drink orders with proper placement
- cut fruits to garnish drinks
- polish and roll silverware
- transport plates, bowls, and glasses between stations
- maintain bar cleanliness and sweep and mop floors
- replace beer kegs and CO2
- replenish condiments such as straws, napkins, and ice
- perform opening and closing duties including cleaning and food prep
- assemble and dismantle work stations
- maintain beverage inventory and restock bar as needed
