Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Previous bartending experience preferred
  • Ability to handle cash and payment systems
  • Knowledge of beverage preparation and safety protocols
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol

Job Duties

  • Provide high quality service to all guests creating personal connections through friendly conversation intuitive suggestions and engaging surroundings
  • Maintain high cleaning standards of the bar and do daily cleaning and side work
  • Be knowledgeable of all menu items contents preparation methods and garnishes accurately answer any guest questions
  • Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation
  • Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork
  • Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment
  • I.D all guests and monitor beverage consumption to not overserve
  • Perform other duties as assigned
