Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of bartending experience preferred
  • high school diploma or general education degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • must have or be willing to obtain any required state or local certifications for alcohol service
  • ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
  • evening, weekend, and holiday availability required

Job Duties

  • Greet guests in a friendly and engaging manner
  • take beverage orders from guests or servers and prepare drinks accurately and efficiently
  • mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks according to established recipes
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, bar equipment, and glassware
  • check guest identification to ensure legal drinking age
  • monitor guest behavior and alert management to any concerns or issues
  • handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately
  • restock bar inventory and supplies as needed
  • follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
  • work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless guest service
