Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of bartending experience preferred
- high school diploma or general education degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- must have or be willing to obtain any required state or local certifications for alcohol service
- ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
- evening, weekend, and holiday availability required
Job Duties
- Greet guests in a friendly and engaging manner
- take beverage orders from guests or servers and prepare drinks accurately and efficiently
- mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks according to established recipes
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, bar equipment, and glassware
- check guest identification to ensure legal drinking age
- monitor guest behavior and alert management to any concerns or issues
- handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately
- restock bar inventory and supplies as needed
- follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
- work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless guest service
