Job Requirements

  • minimum age of 21
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to read, write legibly, understand, and speak English
  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • ability to count money and change correctly
  • knowledge of cocktail ingredients and proper mixing and pouring techniques
  • availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, overtime
  • meets professional appearance standards
  • physically mobile with reasonable accommodation
  • ability to respond to visual and oral cues
  • ability to work in constricting areas
  • ability to work at a fast pace in crowded and noisy environments
  • ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs
  • ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel, and balance in various work areas

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • prepares and pours drink orders with proper portions and ingredients according to recipes
  • provides fast, friendly, professional beverage service to guests, using their names
  • promotes a positive influence in the community and participates in company-sponsored events
  • maintains a clean and stocked workstation following health and safety guidelines
  • serves as ambassador of goodwill while working and at customer and public relations functions
  • remembers multiple orders and executes them efficiently during special events
  • resolves service problems and monitors guest consumption using alcohol awareness training guidelines
  • operates a cash register/Micros POS system accurately
  • informs guests about property events and programs
  • maintains knowledge of beverage program, venue offerings, and pricing
  • operates and maintains equipment and utensils according to safety procedures
  • preps for shifts as directed by management
  • works on an on-call basis
