Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
ability to read and understand written or verbal instructions in English
prior restaurant experience preferred
must be 21 years of age or older
able to obtain Oklahoma Able Commission Liquor License and Sac & Fox Nation Liquor License
able to obtain Learn2Serve certification
ability to perform assigned duties under pressure
strong interpersonal skills
excellent verbal communication with respectfulness
good customer service experience
ability to work in fast-paced conditions
knowledge or ability to learn food preparation and bar equipment
cooperative and team-oriented
ability to obtain Gaming License
availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
legally eligible to work in the US
maintain appropriate professional appearance
ability to obtain Food Handler's Certification

Job Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age or older
able to obtain an Oklahoma Able Commission Liquor License and a Sac & Fox Nation Liquor License
able to obtain Learn2Serve on premises alcohol certification or other approved equivalent
ability to perform duties in highly interruptive and pressure-filled conditions
developed strong interpersonal skills
excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
ability to handle fast-paced environment
knowledge of or ability to learn bar equipment operation
cooperative team player
ability to obtain Gaming License from the Sac and Fox Nation Gaming Commission
availability to work any shift including weekends and holidays
legally authorized to work in the United States
maintain professional appearance
ability to obtain Food Handler's Certification through Indian Health Services

Job Duties

Welcome each guest personally within 30 seconds
assess customer's needs and preferences and make recommendations
take beverage orders from guests and servers
have complete knowledge of the casino's beverage preparations or know where to find recipes
communicate with guests using clear and enthusiastic words, tone and body language
interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
follow all Oklahoma ABLE laws and requirements as well as casino policies
check customers' identification and verify legal drinking age
maintain cleanliness and smooth operation of the bar
record drink orders accurately in the POS
accept and process payments including credit card charges
wash and sterilize glassware
replenish snacks and prepare garnishes
clear and reset tables and chairs
report equipment problems to management
serve alcohol responsibly
create a fun, entertaining, and exciting atmosphere
support guest satisfaction and drink quality
explain drink preparations and ingredients
attempt to limit problems related to excessive drinking
provide information about Sac & Fox Nation and casino services
project a positive and friendly attitude at all times
